I can't remove the star which I would like to do. Yes you can find out who the father is BUT they DO NOT tell you the test results are not legal. I have just spoken to a "manager" who asured me that all agents will tell you that there is an extra cost if you want a LEGAL test. I specifically stated that the test was needed for a Birth Certificate, paid the money and then received results that are not Legal. This firm does not deal honestly with their customers. I guess if I had known the costs of a DNA test and that there were different kinds, I would have known better. However their agent could have and should have made it clear to me when she knew that it was for a birth certificate.
Extremely disappointed with this firm and their 'client' support.
Would not recommend Genex to anyone.
