Capson Allows Medical Professionals To Prevent Conflict & Resolve Claims Early. Unnecessary claims and lawsuits are filed against physicians everyday as a result of patients not feeling heard. We hear again and again from physicians that they are distracted by the threat, financial risk and emotional impact of litigation. We also hear from patients who are not only frustrated, but feel intimidated, alone and ignored. We believe that by facilitating dialog between our members and patients, that some conflicts can be prevented in the first place. As a response, we’ve created a new standard of protection through our conflict prevention program.
