Santa Monica Tom's Towing has a fantastic set-up. There's no putting you on long holds. They always send the right equipment - flatbeds or special set-ups. The dispatchers have a little knowledge of bikes and sometimes they can diagnose over the phone and get the person going. Their rates are fantastic and they are timely on their payments for us.
