I recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Lowes and needed warranty work done. Appliance Doctor performs warranty work for Lowes and I have to admit, after researching and reading the reviews here, I was might skeptical about having these folks come to my house. The technician had to make three trips to my house but NOT due to his failures but rather to diagnose the problems and order the needed parts from Bosch. Today he installed the parts and my dishwasher is up and running once again. The technician, Scott, was very professional and polite. The folks I spoke with on the phone were always friendly and helpful. My appointments were scheduled in a prompt manner. Perhaps they have gotten their act together since the negative reviews. I didn't have any issues with Appliance Doctor and would recommend them to others.
