I had originally came here because of the great reviews. The main doctor was awesome very sweet knowledgeable etc and I was excited for my procedure as I was getting a crown done in the front lower region. During my second consultation she introduced me to a new doctor that she had just brought along to her team and assured me she was amazing a perfectionist so on and so forth and that she would be taking care of me from this point on. I was a little bummed because I had such a good experience with the first doctor but I didn't think much of it. Long story short I got my crown and noticed quickly that it was too big and that the shade was too bright. My new doctor hesitantly shaved it down as much as she said she could and told me to give it a day or two. She said go home get used to it and if the color still isn't good for you then we will fix it. So I felt ok with that response and did just that. I called back exactly two days later and spoke with the receptionist telling her what the doctor had told me and that I was needing to do something about the shape and color. Please understand that I was very nice about all of this its honestly just my nature. The receptionist then rudely told me once the tooth is in that that's it and then tried selling me whiting trays for $200 dollars! Why is it my fault that they messed up? I wasn't about to pay that so she told me she would have to speak with the doctor and let me know what they can do. I of course by that point was steaming because I waited and really tried to do my research before getting my crown because of this exact reason. The receptionist called me back the next day and told me I could come pick up three free whitening trays in hopes that will help but that's all they can do. So now I have a big white stump in the front of my mouth that I can do nothing about without having to pay a bunch of money again.
