As usual, I prolong making an appointment 'til my hair is impossible to style on my own. I arrive flustered with several pictures of "can you make my hair do this?", but don't cut it too short. Michelle calmly sits me down, examines my images of new hairstyles and points out the pros and cons. Then she deftly proceeds to control my overgrown locks and WOW I have a gorgeous new look! Thanks Michelle for your top-notch service.
