Review content:
I'm from Missouri and broke down near Beckly West Virginia over Memorial Day Weekend. My truck was towed to Lewis Terminal and I rented a motel for two days until they reopened on Tuesday.||[]When I checked with them on Tuesday, they said my truck started right up and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I insisted, there must be a problem since it had to be towed in two days earlier.||[]I asked them to check the fuel pump, alternator and anything else they thought might have caused the problem. They were busy and didn't seem to want to look at my vehicle again but I was afraid to drive it. ||[]After several hours delay, they put it back on the rack, replaced the fuel filter (I believe just to get rid of me), charged me $87.96 for the filter and labor plus a $79.00 tow bill and sent me on my way. I hadn't driven 200 miles when the engine died again.||[]This time I was able to locate a Ford dealer. They told me the alternator was bad and replaced it. Since then I've driven it over 2300 miles and no sign of a problem.||[]As for Lewis Terminal, I think they prey on travelers and should not be allowed to operate.
