Jim and his congenial staff at Andrews Drugs in Ozark still provide that down-home care that is missing in these days of big chain drugstores.
If you have an after-hours emergency, you can call Jim. He provides an after-hours number....need your medicine delivered because you're too sick to get out the door, let alone get behind the wheel? Andrews Drugs will handle it for you.
Another great service provided is the call-in refill. If your regular prescription needs refilling, just call in the prescription number and drop by later on in the day to pick it up. No more waiting in lines!
While these excellent services are beneficial to customers, the real story here is the neighborly service...and the prices are a big plus too. As a test, I recently called a large discount chain to check the price of one of my prescriptions, only to find out that they charged three dollars more for the same amount of medicine.
