Review content:
Dr. Shields was my orthodontist from the time I was 8 years old. He and his staff were always friendly and warm. Most of the kids I went to school with also saw him. Yet, the staff made you feel as though you were the special patient. From the time you walk through the door the receptionist would greet you by name before you even reached the counter. The atmosphere in the back was always relaxed and the hygienists were always joking around with one another. It helped put nervous patients at ease. Dr. Shields himself is warm and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone.
