Review content:
My parents hired this company 2003 to install a new garage door. At that time, they didn't adjust the spring of the door right, so the door was very heavy to lift for the past 8 years. My parents thought the door was supposed to be heavy until their contractor reminded them that it was not right. Since it has already past the warranty time, the company was going to charge my 80-year-old parents $89 service fee for their mistake to begin with. My parents tried to negotiate the fee with them, and the company agreed to lower the service fee to $45. However, when my mom wanted to pay them, the technicians said no need to pay. My mom gave them $20 for tip. Anyways, the door was stocked at the second day. When I called them, they basically refused our request of service, and marked my parents as bad costumers who refused to pay. If they can't do their work right, they are supposed to be responsible for their mistake. This company take advantage of senior citizens and they don't care their costumer's feeling. All they want is money. No money no service.
