Review content:
I moved to the Greenville area and was in need of a doctor, so after a few recommendations I checked out Premier Family Medicine. I've been at the practice a little less than a year and am fairly pleased with the health care I've received. The main doctor that I see is Dr. Heather Brannon. However, I have seen other's in the practice. All my interactions with the doctors and nurses have been positive. The front office staff leaves much to be desired though. They are not very friendly and sometimes border on being rude. Also some of the rates seem higher compared to other area doctor's offices; however, being able to get an appointment with ease makes the slightly higher rates worth it. I just wish the front office workers would thaw out a bit and make the experience a tad cheerier. When you're not feeling well a friendly face can make all the difference sometimes. Pros: Ease of obtaining appt., Helpful nursing staff Cons: Slightly higher rates, Icy front office staff
