Got my hair colored there. I told them I had hard roots and the girl yesses me and did them the regular way. Of course, that didn't work. So she re-did them and it still didn't take. They are blaming MY ROOTS! Gee, that never happened at any other Aveda salon... I'm supposed to go back for a THIRD TIME, but I'm too disgusted. Obviously, this has never happened before. Manager pretended to be invisible. I'm pretty sure they skimped on the solution big time. Can't stand CHEAPNESS and GREED! Don't go there!!!
