Dr. Scott was a great dentist, very compassion and caring.% Stars for him! The my dentist staff and including the assistance I PERSONALLY HAD a whole other story. Barely 1 star for them. I cant say that all the staff is bad, I only dealed with 4 of them, including 2 dental assistants. I was very unhappy with them! The one dental assistant had a black and white striped poncho on and when we went to adjust my nose piece for the gas it kept on hitting me in the face. Not even right!!! Then when I was left alone for about 30 mins and no one came back to check on me. If they did, they never asked me I was alright. (The reason I know it was that long I was testing on my cellphone, before the dentist or anyone came back in) I dont know, I hate doing reviews but I did have a personal bad experience. There is other staff in the office and I am sure they are outstanding, as I said Dr. Scott was great! I couldnt ask for a better dentist! I am sorry I have to change offices due to my bad experience. Go yourself and please dont take my word on it alone, you might get the pick of the lottery and come out shining. Having Dr. Scott as your dentist you will win hands down! (Hopefully better assistants then what I had that day.)
