I have used the Utica Salon for a few years and never had a problem until the last time I went in. When I called and made my appointment I specifically told the call center that I needed an appointment at least after 5:15 since I work until 5. She seemed very annoyed and unprofessional, but assured me my appointment was at 5:30... that is, until I was driving to my appointment and received a phone call from the front desk at utica saying I was 10 minutes late and I would need to reschedule. The call center had in fact booked me for a 5:15 appointment. I will say the Utica staff worked beautifully to work me in the same evening though!
