My boyfriend went in to have a Fohawk done that a stylist that used to work there did for him. His usual hair stylist left the salon and so they recommended another woman to cut his hair. She gave him a Mohawk instead! He walked out and went home and shaved his head. He decided to give the salon a second chance when they highly recommended a hair stylist that did Fohawks often and well. I couldn't even look at my boyfriend when she was done. She gave him...yes a Mohawk. His side burns were crooked and she missed shaving spots on the back of his neck. Her name is Melissa by the way. Essentially, he paid another $45 to shave his head and now it will take weeks for his hair to get back to where it was. The hair dressers there do not how to take direction or just don't admit when they do not have the skill for a specific request. I called to complain to a manager and all she could say was sorry. She did not try to rectify the situation. This salon exhibits poor customer service and stylist
