I guess because I am a creature of habit I shouldn't be writing this at all but, when you go to an establishment that calls itself a "SPA", you would expect top notch service and top notch care in how you present yourself. Other than Trina, who does a wonderful job (when she is there) and Andrea, the nail tech (she is no longer there), I can't say much for this place at all. They charge exorbitant amounts for haircuts, color and nails. I am told that these poor people work on commission - I wonder where the rest of the money goes??? They don't replace burnt out lightbulbs, they are always out of coffee and to top off my last experience there, one of these wonderful ladies began argument with another as I was sitting there - very unprofessional.
