This is not the location I was at... I was in the one in Virginia Beach, VA. I will tell you the overall experience was ok because the associates were nice. But I was upset when I got there 5 minutes before my appointment and they knew who I was when I walked in but I didn't start my consultation until 30 minutes later. I was not informed that I would be waiting or they had a back up until the girl who was doing my consultation informed me. I had just gotten off of work and was going to get lunch before I came but decided to wait because I didn't want to be late. I was very unpleased that I had to sit and wait with no idea what was going on and I could of went to get something to eat before I came. The secretary could of informed me what was going on so I could of known why I was getting delayed for my own meeting.I did like the visit of my consultation though, the girls were nice and understanding. I just didn't like the fact at the beginning where I had to wait and than it make me late for my other outings after that. I did get my treatment that day and will be coming back but I do believe that having me wait for 30 minutes in unprofessional.
