Terrible, terrible, terrible.||[]I was in a serious accident with my Honda Accord. They had my car for almost a full month. As soon I hop in my car after its repairs, I notice that my steering wheel is at a 45 degree angle in order to drive straight. These guys did a terrible job on everything from the paint (that began peeling a week after) and didn't even align the car! They tried to tell me the shattered front window might not be covered and they replaced the rear view mirror and side mirrors with cheap, generic parts that vibrated uncontrollably when the car was on. Great, another day in the shop. Even worse, a few months later I find out that I need my motor mounts replaced. Motor mounts don't need to be replaced unless the car is many years old or unless an accident caused them to shatter. It was a hefty out of pocket expense since Hub City did not replace them and it had already been out of the shop for many months.||[]Thanks a lot Hub City for setting an all-time low standard!
