My service was excellent as usual with Susan. I did purchase 2 items. One being a bottle of Rose oil, then proceeded to knock the bag on the floor in the rest room. When I asked for assistence I was told, All Managers were in a meeting, so I'm out my $27.50+ tax. One would think with my bill of $170. and my regular visits every 5 weeks for the past 12+ years, someone could have replaced it for me. Or at the very least called me later. I buy a few things about every other visit. Susan is the reason I keep coming back to JUUT. But I will be buying my product elsewhere in the future. How unfortunate as in the kind of Daymakers you were for me.
