I brought in 6 pictures of hairdos. Hairdresser and i agreed on one. the haircut looks NOTHING like any picture. the pictures were cute and perky with layers and fringe - i ended up looking conservative with a bob and looking old fashioned. am extremely dismayed. my daughter said she wanted dramatic red highlights. while the highlight color was beautiful, it was not very noticeable and was subtle. this after we specifically said that she wanted dramatic red highlights that were noticable and obvious. both of us were disappointed and i am extremely irritated at the $230 i spent.
