WE were forced to use this service because I live in the Unicorp St. Louis they have been nothing but trouble. They double bill many times along with not coming to pick up your trash. They missed my pick up and I called that day and for 4 days they said they would come out but they never did. I had to go to the manager to get a credit and then he said he was "doing me a favor" The customer service is terrible they are not friendly nor are they willing to work with on your bill...for some of us that have lost our jobs at the time. They don't care at all unfortunately we have another 2 years with them....I wish I had Waste Management back now they were great to work with. STL County you made a big mistake with them....next time leave it up to the people that would be affected by this. My Rating is Very POOR!!!
