This company does not pick up recycling in a timely manner. Although we as a neighborhood have paid our bills, our recycling is still not picked up when promised. It is really funny that our trash is picked up when promised, but the recycling is left on the curb. It is extremely interesting that I noticed a recycling truck one block from my home when I returned from school today, just to find out that my recycling was not picked up. I left the container on the curb and at 6:30 PM I looked out to realize that the recycling container was still full of recycling material. I am very disappointed with Veolia's service and trying to contact anyone at their offices during work hours is next to impossible. I am sorry that I do not have 30 minutes to hold while waiting for a representative to speak with me. I do not recommend this company to anyone who does have a choice.
