Kat is not the person who normally does my hair. She was awesome. My normal person cancelled on me 2 times in 2 weeks. While I understand that people get sick, this is the third time I have been cancelled on. It takes several weeks to book another 2 1/2 hour appointment. I was already 2 weeks past my appointment time and it was going to be another 2 weeks before I could get into my regular person. I opted to have someone else do hair. I have a small child and am self-employed, so it is a juggling act to coordinate everything for an appointment. At this point, I am not sure I will be back as I am concerend that this will continue to be an issue.
