Review content:
The past several times I have been to Ihloff I have explained clearly what I want out of my appointment and the end result is never what I asked for. I always have to come back and have the color done a second time. I brought in a picture a few days ago of a bright auburn color I wanted. My hair came out dark. The stylist did not offer to re-do it and was rushing me out because her helper had her next client in the shampoo bowl. She knew I was not happy but didn't care. She just said maybe next time we can get it to brighter auburn. A few months ago I went to the Utica location to cut my hair very short but the stylist told me it wouldn't look good and talked me out of it so I didn't leave with what I wanted. I later went to a different salon where they cut it how I asked and I love it and that is now where I will continue to go from now on for all my future appointments. I will never go back to Ihloff.
