I purchased some tires here for my wife's 2003 Accord. I took the care back about a month later and told them the tires were making noise. They looked over the car and said everything was fine and that the tires would stop making that noise after a while. I took the care back about a year later, because the situation only got worse and they said there was nothing they could do since I didn't have the car aligned when we bought the tires. None of this infomation was passed on to us when we bought the tires. I have taken both of our cars here for the past 3 years and never had a problem until they changed ownership. When I took the car back the last time they weren't intereseted in anything I had to say or the fact that I had been a loyal customer for the past 3 years. I will never take my car here again and I don't reccomend them to anyone.
