had some issues with both the facial and the massage..was very uncomfortable with both even when instructing masseuse on problem areas and what was too much pressure on very tender areas, took 4 complaints to reduce pressure used. I asked for additional pillow for my back during facial and she took away head pillow for my back and placed under my knees even when asked to put it under my back, had to adjust it myself, with no offer to replace head pillow...as a result, my back went out the next day and had to lay on heating pad and take medication...very displeased..also tranquil room attendants need to adhere to quiet atmosphere..a door at entrance might help with noise of people entering spa area and using bathroom facilities..was not happy..have been long time customer..very sad!!!
