Review content:
I have had two haircuts in a little over a month. The first cut I was talked into trying but did not like it. My fault I should have fixed it then. After trying to work with it for weeks I made another appointment. I ended up with the worst haircut I have ever had. It was obvious that the hairstylist did not understand what I wanted so I asked for a book to show her. It was amazing to me that the spa had no books with pictures of cuts to show the haitstylist what I wanted. The hairstylist was nice and tried but I have ended up with a cut that is not acceptable to me. The atmosphere is great but I did find the fountain area where you wait to be rather loud. I waiting for a response to see if they can possible make this haircut right.
