Review content:
I came in with a coolant leak. It was a gasket problem near the fuel pump. Evan suggested that they could fix the leak, but that I was also coming up on a 60K service that would duplicate the work if I just fixed the leak. The leak was minor, so I delayed for a month and then came in for the larger job. As usual, I felt like One Stop was looking out for what was best for me, not necessarily what was best for the shop. That's why I've been a loyal customer for about 30 years.
