Review content:
I just took in my car to One Stop Auto because the bumper was partially demolished. Of course, I went to 4 different places to get quotes done and not only did One Stop give me one of the lowest quotes, but I also had the best gut feeling from them. I didn't need an appointment and I also didn't get a lecture or have anyone try to "sell" me on extra work I don't need (I'm a girl and I look really young so for some reason Mechanics ALWAYS try to pull one over on me). Anyways, they did call me to let me know that they found some scraps/dents on a separate part of the car, but get this-- they offered to buff and paint it for free rather than me paying another $300 to replace the part! They told me it looked like scraps from parallel parking so there's no real use in replacing something you're going to scratch up no matter what. When all was said and done, everything looked brand new and I could not be happier. Also, my car was supposed to be done in 2-4 days and they finished in 2.5! I would recommend these guys to anyone!
