DR. SHAD IS THE BEST DENTIST IVE HAD. I WAS ALWAYS SO SCARED OF GOING AND WOULD STAY AWAY FOR YEARS, UNTIL NOW. HE AND HIS STAFF ARE SO WARM AND THE DOCTOR EXPLAINS EVERYTHING. WHEN HE GAVE ME A SHOT I COULDNT EVEN FEEL IT. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND MADE IT PAINLESS. LIZ IN THE FRONT EXPLAINED ALL MY INSURANCE COVERAGE AND I LEFT THE OFFICE FEELING LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND DR SHAD! I WOULD REFER ANYONE TO HIM, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE SCARED OF THE DENTIST OFFICE. IT WAS A OVERALL WONDERFUL DENTAL EXPERIENCE!
