Review content:
After taking a break from Cuvee, I had rec'd a welcome back email, with a $20 off any service, so I made an appt for my 15 yr old daughter and sent her with a check for $50 and since we live in the neighborhood she walked over there, to return aprox 15 min later in tears with a wet head of hair....I returned with her to have it fixed only to be greeted by the stylist with the worst attitude ever, they brought another stylist in to "fix" the problem only to have my daughter loose about 5 inches of her hair with bangs above her eyebrow(did I add she is 15)! The only good thing was her hair wasn't soaking wet! I had requested that the owner call me the following week since it was a Saturday and she was not available....we still have not heard back from her. Such a bummer!
