Located in the Stop & Shop plaza in Winsted, CT, the Mullberry Bush has a huge inventory of clothing for newborns up to 3-4T. Though not abundant, they do carry some strollers, car seats and other misc baby gear.
While you are looking, you can leave your toddler to play in the back as they have a safe area set up for the kids.
I have also dropped off clothes here although I didn't ask for a tax receipt so I'm not sure if they provide this.
