Review content:
Please forward this to Dr. Harroz. I've been a patient for 20+ years. You all know me well, you know I don't leave you hanging for what I owe, I pay. But last week after my root canal Lauren insisted very adamantly that I pay the estimated amount that I would owe prior to leaving. I advised that in the past I have always let the insurance pay first as the estimate was incorrect most of the time. The way I was treated was more like a first time patient not one that has been coming for 20 years. I've continued to come to your office because I like your professionalism and courtesy you show your patients. But Lauren made sure I understood the new policy for paying prior to me leaving which is opposite of the courtesy and respect I am accustomed to receiving even after I pointed out to her how long I had been a patient. I wasn't in the market for a new dentist but in light of the "new policy" and lack of courtesy shown to me I will be looking for one now. Thanks for the many years of great service you showed me and I wish you the best. Ray Hudson
