Always Home is the premier property management company in Sarasota for the care and monitoring of your second home. Their forte is home-watch and they have professionalized home watch well beyond the hit & miss service generally provided by the mom and pop operators, next door neighbors and pool service operators.
Always Home’s weekly home-watch monitoring program is able to detect potential damage from water leaks, pest infestation or inadequate maintenance, thereby mitigating expensive repairs. Tell tail signs of absence, like papers in the driveway, are quickly corrected, reducing the likelihood that your residence is a target for crime. The peace of mind that comes from knowing a trusted agent is looking out for your home and managing your maintenance frees up your time. What could be more valuable? Your home-watch report is sent to you with pictures within 24 hours of your home watch inspection.
Part-time residents require a market basket of local services to secure and maintain their residence. Contractor selection is difficult, due to their lack of local knowledge. Supervision is near impossible and time consuming during their absences. The anxiety created from trying to select and supervise contractors remotely [often overseas] negatively impacts their peace of mind and adds to their day-to-day hassles.
