My hairdresser was running late, so I waited 15 min for half an hour appointment. I was not even called about the delay, so I came unnecessarily on time. Initially, she was hurrying the service, I guess trying to make up time, but finally, she saved only five minutes on me, still I want to have her undivided attention during my service. Usually, it goes much better
