I've been a part of the CrossFit Riot family for about 7 months now, and I couldn't be happier. Derek, along with the rest of the CF Riot staff, are awesome coaches.The attention given to each student is unmatched. Even better, the classes are capped off 12 members, so this ensures that each member is getting what they want out of the gym. This place is definitely worth checking out.
