Review content:
My builder chose this firm for their warranty work for termite control. They've actually been out on 4 occasions in the past 5 years or so. A couple times to spray and after noticing a termite track on the foundation, they did some drilling in the ground around the house. After the warranty from the builder expired, I still use Northwest for termite control and appreciate their information and service. After calling they are usually here within the week. Since it is a warranty extension the cost is about $100 a year for whatever comes up.
PROS: Thorough, good service, nice to deal with
CONS: Haven't noticed any yet
