Flora-Dec is the biggest craft and party supplier in Hawaii. You will probably get lost in their warehouse. It is a one-stop shop to buy everything you need for your next project or party. The prices are comparable to Ben Franklin if not cheaper.
But you'll be lucky if you can find someone to help you with what you're looking for. There are not too many workers there but then again, if you know what you're looking for, you'll be fine. Just browse around and you'll probably find it. You'll probably also get caught up looking at other crafty material. Ideas are endless!
