The service with Jeffrey was excellent, as always. I feel a bit misled as I was scheduled for a maintenance re-touch and when the appointment was made was given an estimate of $65.00. My bill Saturday was $115.00. I guess I was unclear as to what was going to occur but I cannot spend this sort of money every 6 weeks for "retouch" when I can wait 10-12 and spend the same funds for apparently the same work. I'll just have to make sure I ask the correct questions when I set an appointment so I am clear on what services I am getting and at what charge. The excellent star rating is for Jeffery and his talents. He does not control the check out process and the comments made do not and should not reflect on his talents.
