I went to the Brentwood location for the first time last night and got what I expected and hoped for based on their reviews. I called last minute to check availability and they were able to see me. I walked in as the last appt and was the only client in. My stylist was Lynsie and she was very friendly and made good conversation throughout my cut. She did exactly what I asked for and respected my wishes to keep my length instead of trying to convince me that I needed to take more off the ends (which I did.) They played good music and had a bit of trendiness to the place. Lynsie also helped answer my questions about products and gave me a small sample pack of shampoo to try before I spent the money on it. For a $35, last minute cut, I was a very happy girl:)My 4 star rating is soley based on what I believe a typical "5 star" salon looks like and how expensive services COST at 5 star salons. The service rating here is definitely more than 5 stars. I'll definitely be back!
