I had a eyebrow wax and facial with Kimberly. She's very knowledgeable and entertaining. I really had a great experience with her personally. I wasn't so satisfied with my eyebrow wax. I like my eyebrows clean (no peachy fuzz on top) and all the hair gone post-waxing. I felt this was done half-descent. I went home and plucked out all that was missed and it wasn't worth $35 to get it done. the only other complaint I have is that whatever mask was used, crept into my sensitive eye area and it still burns. I liked that she used hot towels to open my pores instead of the steam and gave me good advice for skin problems in other areas.
