Review content:
D for Deplorable Karen spent the majority of the time writing on a piece of paper, randomly leaving the room, and looking for products. I was charged $165 and promised 75 minutes facial, but what I got was 50 minutes facial of which only 20 minutes were actually spent on facial. The rest of the time Karen spent in standing in a corner writing, dropping things, or looking for products. Despite telling her that I got my nose pierced a few weeks ago, she carelessly pulled on my nose ring multiple times. She also did not check the temperature of towels with me to ensure my comfort. I had burning hot towels placed around my neck, turning a supposedly soothing experience into one of discomfort and pain.
