I was really excited about my day at the spa. I scheduled my appointments 3 weeks prior.....I arrived as requested 15 minutes prior to my service, was greeted and shown to the ladies bathroom area. After changing for my first service (a massage) I waited in the lounge where another person came in and told me that the person I was scheduled with was running late (an hour LATE!) would I wait??? What? Then they went to see if someone else could do it. They came back and told me that someone else could do it but would be 30 minutes to an hour until they could. They then asked if I would like another service free of charge. Well YES! I guess it just seemed like there was a lot of running around and back and forth but it was resolved in a professional manner and the staff was always very courteous. Turns out the person that I was originally scheduled with did do my massage and then I had a fabulous facial. I have been coming to Skin Sense for 10+ years and have always had above average to excellent experiences each time. The staff is great! The bathrooms are well stocked with items that you would need so that you don't have to bring them with you. I would look into replacing the robes...they have seen better days. So thank you Skin Sense!!
