Review content:
I have been a client of Skin Sense for many years now. I have always enjoyed my treatments and have found it to be relaxing. This was not the case yesterday. First, my therapist was over 20 minutes late to my appointment and did not apologize. Then, I told her I was there for "relaxation", but she wanted to talk during my entire treatment. The massage was not much better. I felt she rushed and did not give me that "renewed" feeling I really needed. Also, the arch of my right foot is extremely sore. It is aching and tender to walk on without shoes. I have never had this happen before. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not be booking another appointment anytime soon.
