Review content:
I have used this day spa many many times and I must say that this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any establishment. When I called to book the appointment the person on the phone had no clue. It took in excess of 20 minutes to make the appointment. My 80 minute massage was NOT GOOD. I use this place because I have always been more than satisfied with their massages. The woman had the had strength of a newborn. Worst massage EVER. The manicure and pedicure was good. Not great but much better than the massage. The lady was very sweet and did a nice job with the polish and scrub treatments. Checkout was a nightmare because the person who made the appointment put in the wrong treatments. Ugh, never again. Never.
