Let me start by saying, You guys are the best dental office that I have ever worked with. My last visit was a little troubling though. Dr Putter is fantastic, My concern is when I went to pay my portion of the bill, I was told that because I have maxed out what my insurance will pay for the year, that you can and will charge me more than what the insurance company would pay for the work. This will also raise the price higher than the written estimat that I was given when I started the work. It's not a good feeling going into the holiday season!
