I went from VERY long hair (low-middle back) to short with layers and bangs. I haven't "styled" my hair since...um, anyway, and on the first try with a hair dryer and a roller brush it looked great, AMAZING! And if I can make it look good all by myself on the first try, then THAT is a good haircut. Jenn even spent time, after making the cut even, to make it ACT even on my particular head, noticing cowlicks, where my hair was heavier, and cutting for the texture of my hair. Some serious attention to detail!
Pros: Amazing work for a great price, comfy atmosphere (not to pointy or shiny)
Cons: Getting in an out of the parking spots requires care
