This was my third time coming to Samantha. She listens and understands immediately the look I'm after - totally natural with slightly sun-kissed lightness (like when I was really young); no high contrast or cheap looking brassy highlights. The toner brings out the caramel in my brown hair (not mousiness) and camouflages the grey without totally covering it up. The Aveda products make all the difference, but it really takes a stylist with good skills and great instincts to consistently get it right. Sam also really knows how to cut different hair types, and I like that she is conservative rather than aggressive with the shears. Lesley was originally the only one I would trust since coming to Animare, but now I know I can count on not just one but TWO wonderful stylists who will get it right every time.
