Hello! My experience with Kelly Wimer is always very good. I'm glad you have such a wonderful and talented person on your staff. Everyone there is great, and I'm glad to see your new salon grow and succeed. I never knew that there was a charge for eyebrow coloring until I was paying my bill on Wednesday. The receptionist was reading my list of services aloud, and she mentioned "eyebrows." I didn't think anything of it until later. What was the fee for that? Must you charge for a q-tip swipe of color on the brows? The color fades after 3-4 face washes anyway. And you don't have to mix anything special. I always thought the brow color was a sensible, value-added touch to my service. Just a thought. Thanks for your consideration. Jaca White
