FIRST AND FOREMOST, I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR I TOOK IT IN ON A MONDAY MORNING. THEY TELL ME IT WILL BE DONE AT THE END OF THE DAY. THIS **** WAS'NT DONE UNTIL FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN THEY CLOSED. I HAD TO TAKE 5 DAYS OFF WORK BECAUSE I HAD NO TRANSPORTATION AND THE PROBLEM WAS SIMPLE ALL IT WAS,WAS A FUEL PUMP. I WAS SO DISGUSTED WITH THE POOR BUSINESS, NO SYMPATHY FOR TAKING OFF 5 DAYS OF WORK, OR HAVING MY CAR IN THE SHOP SO LONG FOR SOMETHING SO SIMPLE TO BE DONE. AND THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF I HAD A $10 OFF COUPON FOR A SERVICE (WHICH IT WAS) THE LADY SAYS ITS GOOD ON YOUR NEXT PURCHASE..??? THIS BUSINESS SUCKS YOU REALLY CAN'T TAKE OFF 10 AFTER HAVING MY CAR FOR 5 DAYS???? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DO YOU RUN, I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE, AND DIRECTING ALL MY FRIENDS TO DIFFERENT AUTO CENTERS, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!
